The content on this website is provided for general information about our decoration services. Images may include design inspiration and concept imagery as well as completed projects.

Quotations

Quotations are prepared from the information you share and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Final pricing depends on the confirmed design, quantities, venue conditions and dates.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after the scope, date and payment terms are agreed in writing between you and Wedding Flower Decoration. Advance payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your booking confirmation.

Flowers and materials

Fresh flowers are natural products. Colours and availability can vary by season; where a specific flower is unavailable we will suggest the closest suitable alternative.

Venue requirements

Setup access, timings, power supply and permissions for special effects (such as cold pyro, fog or confetti) depend on the venue. Effects are included only where the venue permits them.

Liability

We take care when installing decoration at your venue. We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by venue restrictions, weather or circumstances outside our control.
